VALENTINE'S DAY AT VERMILION

Executive Chef Thomas Cardarelli has artfully prepared a four-course tasting menu in celebration of Valentine's Day. Our menu offers three options for each course, and is priced at $95 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity). Hand-selected wine pairings for each course can be enjoyed for $28 per person.
